3. Course Enrollment & Access

• Enrollment in any course is subject to availability and payment of applicable fees.
• Course access is granted on a per-user basis and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
• The Academy reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, and instructors at any time without prior notice.
• Digital course materials are provided for personal educational use only.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All fees must be paid in full before gaining access to any paid course or service.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment, provided that less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
• The Academy reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the stated criteria.
• Promotional discounts and offers cannot be combined and are non-transferable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by the Academy, including but not limited to course materials, videos, presentations, articles, and branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of Ektifa Academy. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. User Conduct

Users agree to use the Academy's platforms and services responsibly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing login credentials with unauthorized individuals.
• Recording, downloading, or redistributing course materials without written permission.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or disruptive behavior during live sessions or on community forums.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Academy's systems or data.

7. Disclaimer of Financial Advice

The Academy provides educational content related to financial markets and trading. Nothing provided by the Academy constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All trading involves risk, and users are solely responsible for their own trading decisions. Past performance discussed in educational materials does not guarantee future results.

8. Limitation of Liability
